By accessing the b2agent website ("Site") or using the b2agent software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Software.

2. About b2agent

b2agent is an open-source command-line tool developed by ZeroPerson LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The Software is licensed under the MIT License, the terms of which are available in the project repository.

3. Use of the Software

The Software is provided under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software in accordance with that license. Your use of the Software is also subject to any additional terms in the LICENSE file included with the Software.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use automated systems to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce

5. Intellectual Property

The b2agent name, logo, and website design are the property of ZeroPerson LLC. The Software source code is licensed under the MIT License. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use ZeroPerson LLC's trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZEROPERSON LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROPERSON LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SOFTWARE.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
